Community Case Management

Central Aroostook ARC began providing Community Case Management Services in Decemeber of 2007. Despite being a new program to the agency, Central Aroostook ARC's commitment to quality and excellence quickly saw the program expand it's radius to cover most of Aroostook County, from Fort Kent to Patten.

The Community Case Management Program offers services to include, but not limited to: representative payee services, paying bills, monitoring individual's budgets, social security paperwork, food stamp reviews, home visits, coordinating medical and dental appointments when needed (with limited transportation), as well as individual oversight to ensure an individual's needs are met in regards to all aspects of life.
