Home & Community Supports

Home Supports Program

The Home Supports Program was designed to assist individuals with developmental disabilities to reach their  highest potential in a home-based environment.

The goal of the Home Supports Program is to teach the individuals we serve the necessary skills to improve their home life and independence in areas that include (but are not limited to): cooking, shopping, cleaning, home management, financial management, as well as health and wellbeing programs. This program also offers support in the coordination of medical and dental appointments.

Community Supports Program

The Community Supports Program is a community based after hours program focused on assisting individuals with developmental disabilities to learn about the community resources available in their local area.

This program offers the necessary supports for individuals to participate in local events, establish natural supports through increased social skills and acquaintances in the community, as well as become familiar with various establishments and resources available to them in their local communities.
